- At times the Planning Department has opportunities to receive advice and/or comments from noted experts in community planning and other related disciplines on our CDP efforts and the various work products being produced by our consultants, citizen groups and government. Written comments that we receive on the Working Papers produced by Plan Pacific will be placed in this folder. Please understand that authors of these comments may not necessarily have a through understanding of Hawaii Island or the Puna district, so some observations may not be desired or practical. However, the additional insight provided in these documents may be of value to all concerned in our evaluation of the Working Papers.
