Kea'au-Pahoa Road (Hwy 130) Shoulder Lane Conversion Project
This folder contains documents related to the Kea'au-Pahoa Road Shoulder Lane Conversion Project, between the Kea'au Bypass Road and Shower Drive. The improvements will convert the existing northbound temporary AM lane to a permanent lane and construct a southbound temporary PM lane. Other improvements include the widening of Waipahoehoe Bridge and the instillation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Kea'au-Pahoa Hwy and Shower Drive.
