This communication from the Planning Director provides a description and map for her proposed amendments to the Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) map of the General Plan affecting the Pahoa Regional Town Center (RTC). This proposed amendment is intended to support the Puna CDP concept of developing Pahoa as a RTC. Although not part of the communication from the Planning Director, two additonal maps have been included that depict the current LUPAG designations for Pahoa.
