Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan
This folder contains information related to the development of a community led Regional Town Center Plan for Pahoa as prescribed in the Puna CDP. A grassroots based steering committee is initiating a process for creating a growth management plan for Pahoa that will include main street design guidelines based on community vision. Inside, interested residents, land and building owners, businesses and other groups, associations and agencies with an interest in the welfare Pahoa Village and the surrounding 96778 zip code area can find contact information on how to get involved and to keep abreast of the projects progress. All stakeholders are invited to register with the online forum via the link below where issues, concerns and ideas can be expressed and discussed.

- The Pāhoa Regional Town Center Steering Committee and Working Groups will host the second in a series of Pāhoa Town community meetings pdating area residents on the progress of the Pāhoa Plan effort which was launched in March of this year. The ongoing assessment of the results from the Pāhoa Survey and the Pāhoa Town property owner questionnaire will be discussed and an interactive polling system will include all those in attendance.

Pahoa Strategic Plan Guide and Form
- This strategic plan guide, forms and document format has been adopted by the Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Steering Committee as the plan development model for the PRTCP. It is being modified as appropriate for greater specificity to Pahoa.

- The Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Steering Committee will present an overview of the draft design guidelines proposed for a Pahoa Regional Town Center Design District. Community response to these draft design guidelines will be used to prepare a final draft to be submitted to the County of Hawaii for adoption.
