Pahoa Arts & Library Association (PAALA): Pahoa Arts & Library Association is a non-profit organization who's mission is to build a not-for-profit library and amphitheater in the center of Pahoa on the 57 acres of acquired park land immediately behind the Pahoa Aquatic Center.
Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan: This folder contains information related to the development of a community led Regional Town Center Plan for Pahoa as prescribed in the Puna CDP. A grassroots based steering committee is initiating a process for creating a growth management plan that include design guidelines based on community vision.
