FEMA-Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
- The HMGP is a locally competitive program that provides funds for hazard mitigation planning and the implementation of cost‐effective hazard mitigation projects. Eligible applicants for the program include state agencies, county agencies, and qualified private non‐profit organizations. State Civil Defense is the designated grantee for this program.
