This folder contains the draft of the Village Design Guidelines, Executive Summary of Calibration done, and large view of Table 12

Red-Line Version of VDG: This is a Red-Line Version of the VDG to illustrate the changes made to the Village Design Guidelines from the approved KCDP Attachment B to the calibrated VDG draft that is being reviewed (review started with the KCDP AC meeting 10/27/10) Please note that this does not include Table 12 - Summary Table, that will be a separate file.
Draft - Kona Village Design Guidelines: This is a revised (as of 10/19/10) draft of the Village Design Guidelines calibrated by PlaceMakers, LLC during the public Charrette Oct. 2009. This draft has been released for review by the public and Action Committee starting during the Action Committee Meeting on 10/27/10.
Executive Summary: This is a summary of what has changed with the guidelines from the Kona CDP when the guidelines were calibrated for Kona during the charrette in October of 2009
Summary Table 12: This is a larger size of the Summary Table 12 of the draft Kona Village Design Guidelines, it is set to be able to be printed on a 11 x 17 page.
VDG Illustrative Documents: These are illustrative examples of the village scale plan and supplemental information by PlaceMakers to clarify and visually explain the Village Design Guidelines
Sample - Initial Draft of VDG Rule: This is a sample draft of a Rule for the implementation of the VDG for the County. This incorporates Article 1 of the KCDP VDG that was deleted in the draft VDG that is being reviewed.
