EDH 2025: 5-Year Action Plan Update

The EDH 2025: 5-Year Action Plan Update was adopted by the Hawaii County Council by Resolution 352 10, effective November 4, 2010. The newly designed matrix has many new features, including a sustainability measures column. The matrix follows page 36. There is also an Action Plan Quick Reference List with a comprehensive list of actions by Focus Area and Strategy. There are many new actions for Lead Solution Partners and our community to rally behind!
